This tool uses a combo of high-frequency vibration and heat for massage. HF vibration can relat when at a fast frequency and when paired with heat it is quite soothing and relaxing. In COMFORT MODE, warmth can further enhance effectiveness. This tool provides comprehensive care thru the synergistic effect of HF vibration and heat. HOW TO USE:
A. Long press the power button to turn ON/OFF
B. The default is REX (relaxation mode), click the power button to change modes.
C. REX relaxation mode: ble light + vibration
D. COMT comfort mode: red light + vibration + heat (max temp 44C/111.2F)
E. Click the gear key to increase/decrease the gear, there are FIVE gears for vibration and 5 gears for temperature. If sensitive to heat, proceed with caution.
