Menopause Hot Flash Spray

Peppermint Essential Oil, 7 drops
Clary Sage EO, 7 drops
Valerian EO, 5 drops
Empower natural essential oil blend by Jade Bloom, 5 drops
Empty 2 ounce glass spray bottle
Hydrosol of choice (Floral is ideal) or distilled water

Directions:
Add essential oils to empty 2oz glass spray bottle and then fill the rest of the way with hydrosol or distilled water. Secure lid and keep in refrigerator.
Shake well before each use.
Spray onto your face, neck, or chest as needed whenever you feel a hot flash starting!
