Nose Blackhead Banish Serum
Add the following to a clean, empty 2 oz dropper bottle:
Calendula Infused Oil, 10 drops
Clary Sage EO, 10 drops
Petitgrain EO, 8 drops
Fill remainder of bottle with Tamanu Oil
Secure lid, gently shake, and apply.
This is hands down the BEST recipe to remove blackheads from your nose and to prevent them from returning. Think of these as the shallow, close to the surface blackheads we get on our nose that squeeze out easily as we simply cleanse our face.
STEPS TO USE:
1. Wash your face with saponified olive oil, aka unscented Castile Soap (Carolina brand on Amazon is a favorite).
2. Express the blackheads by gently squeezing what is near the surface on your nose & ready to exit.
3. Steam your face - hot steamy shower for 10 minutes, or heat-based nanosteam for 5 minutes for dry skin, 8-10 minutes otherwise.
4. Wash your face again, lightly massage as you do a quick cleanse.
5. Pat face dry and apply 1 drop of Banish Serum to the nose area; if you struggle with acne or these same type of blackheads to other parts of your face you can treat those areas too.
This is very strong treatment serum--- you DO NOT need to apply more than 1 drop to your nose or 2-3 drops to the entire face.
