Service Description
Zoom Video Consultation for Skincare and Health integration with an Accredited & Certified in Natural Skin Care Consultant. $100 up to 45 minutes -- no same day bookings, must have 2-day notice in order to complete screening questions and required photographs.
Cancellation Policy
*Due to the information gathering required prior to initiating a Consult we do have a Two Day timeframe in place when attempting to schedule; as this allows Carisa and her Team the necessary time to complete their tasks with the attention to detail you deserve. *Please note that a Question/Answer form is sent to you via email following your paid booking so please check your inbox and spam folder accordingly. A set of three photos is required as part of the information gathering process--clean skin, hair away from face, front facing/left & right facing. Directions are provided on the Questionnaire that will be emailed to you. *After receipt and review of the Questionnaire and photos, a ZOOM Video Conferencing link will be emailed. Please be sure you have ZOOM downloaded on your device, and if you are not familiar with the app/program we suggest you find a tutorial online to assist in the learning curve. *The ZOOM Video Conference is recorded, and your booking implies consent is given for the recording. *To cancel or reschedule please contact within 24 hours using the Let's Chat feature on the website (www.beautybycarisa.com) - lower right aspect.
