Bath Soak Body Scars

In a 4oz pump bottle or 4 oz bottle

Add 1st

Rose hip seed oil 4 full droppers (pipettes)

Blue Tansy (20 drops)

Calendula (20 drops)

Lavender (25 drops)

Glycerin 1 tsp

Castile Soap 1/3 of the bottle (add it to the oil)

Shake and mix

Fill the bottle the rest of the way with bottle water

Shake and use 2-3 pumps per bath soak

for body wash use 2-3 pumps in hand and wash the body with your hands and massage on body as you wash.

For bath soak use 5-7 pumps in a full bath and massage certain scars on skin

soak for at least 30 mins.
