Teeth Whitener
Orange oil is made from the peel of oranges which contains the compound d-limonene. D-limonene is anti-inflammatory and an antioxidant.
Simply place 2 drops of orange oil onto your dry toothbrush and brush for 2 minutes. You will instantly noticed whiter teeth.
A 2010 study reported a significant reduction in tobacco stains after brushing twice a day for 2 minutes with toothpaste containing 5% d-limonene.
Ingredients
Baking Soda
1 tablespoon of baking soda, 2 teaspoons of coconut oil and 2 drops of orange oil
Blend in a container, dip your tooth brush in and brush for 2 mins. 1 time each day.
Brush soft you do not need to brush hard when brushing your teeth ever.
You should use a soft tooth brush as well. If irritation occurs reduce use or discontinue.
