To an empty 10ml glass roller ball, add essential oils and then fill rest of way with carrier oil of choice. Secure lid and gently shake. Allow to rest in a cool dark place for the next 48 hours. Remember to shake gently prior to application and mist your wrist pulse point with toner just before application if possible. Can apply 3-4 times daily when you experience symptoms.
